煎餅粉: 100克
雞蛋: 1隻
水: 90毫升
蔥段: 1束
白醋: 1茶匙
生抽: 1茶匙
麻油: 1茶匙
芝麻: 小許
步驟:
1. 準備100g煎餅粉,加入已打勻的雞蛋和水,先攪拌;再加入泡菜及蔥段,一齊攪拌均勻。
2. 準備醬汁,把白醋、生抽、麻油和芝麻混合。
3. 燒熱油鑊,倒入適量麵糊並攤成圓餅形,中火煎3-5分鐘至煎餅呈金黃色即可。
食前可蘸上醬汁,更滋味。

Cooking Method:Mix 250g of pancake mix with 400ml water to make a smooth batter. Add chopped vegetables, meat or seafood into batter. In a hot, greased pan, carefully drop spoonfuls of batter into the pan and cook until slightly crisp on the edges. Flip over and cook until golden!
