American Ginseng Slices Monkey Head Mushroom Soup (for 3-4 persons)
Ingredients: Candied Dates, Monkey Head Mushroom, Dried Conch Slices, Bulbus Lilii, Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Sweet and Bitter Almonds, American Ginseng Slices (Radix Panacis Quinquefolii) (This product contains Nut Products)
Suggested Ingredient: Little Chinese Ham, Half of Peeled Chicken, 5 taels (189g) Lean Pork
1. Soak the dried conch slices until soft and change water frequently. Scald and rinse the Lean Pork and Peeled Chicken beforehand.
2. Wash all other ingredients and soak for one hour.
3. Put all ingredients (Except American Ginseng Slices) into a pot with 12 bowls of water after boiling and boil for 1.5 hours. Then add American Ginseng Slices and boil for half an hour.
4. Season it with salt and serve.
