Cooking Directions (Serves 1):
1. Dissolve one pack of powder soup in 1/2 cup of boiling water and add 1 cup of cold water (1 cup = 200 ml or 6.76 fl oz)
2. Put the noodles (5 oz) into boiling water (4 cups at 100 Degree C) and boil for about 5 minutes
3. Rub and rinse the noodles thoroughly in cold water
4. Pour the prepared cold soup into the bowl of noodles. Serve with sliced cucumber, boiled eggs or kimchi
Allergy Advice: Contains Wheat, Soybean, Sesame, Mustard.
May contain nuts and seed.
Store in a cool dry place.
Ingredients:
Noodles: Wheat Flour (65.1%), Buckwheat (9.3%), Wheat Starch (9.3%), Sweet Potato Starch (7.4%), Salt (0.5%).
Powder Soup: Soy Sauce Powder (Soybean, Salt), Red Pepper Powder, Garlic, Sesame, Scallion, Glucose, Salt, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate (E621).
Mixed Vegetable Oil: Soybean Oil, Mustard.
